We saw how difficult it is for adults in transition to find housing that is safe, affordable, and dignified at the same time. So we built one: a clean, fully furnished home in a quiet Oakland County neighborhood where residents have privacy, structure, and room to move forward.
We work alongside hospitals, VA programs, case managers, and community agencies to support successful discharges and long-term outcomes — with clear communication at every step.
